She is a brilliant instructor with an incredible depth of knowledge. Not only is she highly flexible and technically skilled, but she also has a unique talent for breaking down difficult movements into achievable steps. Most importantly, she is exceptionally supportive and patient and bubbly. If you want a trainer who is genuinely invested in your progress, Sally is the best choice!
