すべてのレビューを表示Tali was incredible. I loved how this class allowed me to focus on my breath work. I really enjoyed it. Good variety of movements and working different parts of the body. So fun! I’ve only had amazing experiences at Pilates Habitat.

すべてのレビューを表示I was super nervous because this was my first time at Bodyrok but I had such a great time! Ladye Viv was so fun, kind, and supportive and I felt motivated to push myself to try the more difficult mods even on my first time doing this workout. It felt challenging but attainable. Definitely will be going back !

すべてのレビューを表示Alicia was very descriptive and open to all levels. The temp and ambience was perfect for early morning practice, the pop music was a personal hit or miss but I still enjoyed it!

But I’m grateful for the experience, the energy of everyone else who took the class and most of all the incredible instruction Charley provided! This was not my first class with her and definitely won’t be my last one!!

One complaint I do not know how to get to the building class pass give us the code to buzz as you give address please. Thank you
