すべてのレビューを表示This was a nice, welcoming yoga class. I liked the slow flow style taught by Tina. She cued some poses I haven't done before, such as double pigeon. The building itself was a bit confusing, and there wasn't anyone at the front desk to answer questions. Luckily, I found the studio. I did find that the yoga class can be upstairs or downstairs, so keep that in mind. The class I did was upstairs in the Pilates studio.
