すべてのレビューを表示Karen's class was one of the most fun yoga flows I've done in a while! There was a good mix of sun salutations mixed in with her own designed flow. It felt slightly challenging, but not impossible. I definitely would come back again to hone my posture. Karen also does hands on correction; at the beginning of class you can opt out of it too! I really appreciate all the aspects of her class :-)

However I wish she didn’t talk as much during the class so I could meditate better. Overall, a really nice yin class!

Kari was an incredible instructor, and I loved the way she went about this class It was so relaxing and she reminded us to come back to the present at the perfect times, as well as reading us a poem and just doing a phenomenal job.
