すべてのレビューを表示Drew’s class was great! The time went by so fast and I didn’t realize how exhausted I was until the end. The flow of his class keeps your mind focused on the task at hand instead of fatigue which is a win in my book when it comes to exercising. I’m insanely sore today from it!

He gave detailed instructions on form and adapted each exercise in the training program as needed for the individuals in the group. It was a super welcoming, encouraging space that pushes you and I would come back again!
