It wasn’t my first time but I was not super familiar with the workout. She gave helpful and much needed corrections while making me feel welcome and encouraged!

すべてのレビューを表示So good! The movements were tough at times but Lisa's guidance made the flow feel smooth. Every movement felt meaningful and I could feel the impact on my body. I really enjoyed how alternative poses were given to help complete movements successfully. Lisa also came around to help adjust poses or help us really get in a deeper stretch. The space is clean and spacious, the staff are also friendly and helpful. I look forward to coming back!

Burnt the most cals (200+) in her classes over other SLT/Lagree classes and my hands were shaking at my desk even 60 mins after class! Thanks!
