I wasn’t sure what to expect going in, but I left feeling lighter, more grounded, and with a sense of peace I hadn’t felt in a while. The experience felt genuine, compassionate, and deeply restorative. Thank you for creating such a safe and calming space. I’m so grateful and can’t wait to come back!

すべてのレビューを表示The class was amazing with a live DJ. So much "Happy Pride" fun. Javier is the best with such amazing choreo. BUT, I was shocked when I arrived to be told I was assigned an XL bike in the back (I am only 4'11") I had checked the S&T app 2 hours before the class, I was on a regular bike in the 2nd row. So S&T kicked me off my bike and gave it to someone else!! I expect more for 13 stars!! When I called them out on it they just shrugged and said "ClassPass".

すべてのレビューを表示I loved the class, Tyler is great. The movements aren’t new but my body definitely believe that I’ve never done it before. So I think it’s super effective. The studio was sooo clean!!! I loved it. The water station and cubbies and showers. I really love the facility and cleanliness.

I was very scared to try this class, but I left feeling infinitely more confident, and excited to try it again. Would highly recommend.
