I came for a back facial and she recommended a product that helped her as she had similar skin issues. I appreciate the advice! Overall a relaxing and cozy experience. I dozed off for a while. The spa didn't push products or other services aggressively unlike how some big name spas in the city do sometimes which I appreciate too.
