Detox Flow – Infra Red Studio (Non-Heated)
すべてのレビューを表示Such a beautiful, clean and bright studio with tons of natural light! I’d love to come back for an evening class to experience it with all the candles and red light. ✨ Rocio was amazing, and the pace of the class was exactly what my body needed on a Monday morning. I left feeling refreshed and reset. Highly recommend! 🧘♀️🤍

すべてのレビューを表示This class completely exceeded my expectations. At first, I was worried that I couldn't keep up with the rhythm as first time user of the new equipment. But from the studio tour and introduction to the equipments ahead of the class, I felt ready and confident. The coach took into account the state of each student throughout the process. From the correction of movements, to the strength control during core training, and then to the final stretching and relaxation, the details of every link were handled very well. The atmosphere in the classroom was particularly harmonious. The students around me were encouraging each other and moving steadily along with the rhythm throughout the course. I have made an appointment for the next week's class. Highly recommendded!

すべてのレビューを表示A nice space and simple facial. If you're expecting something more involved and treatment focused their basic facial isn't it. But as a nice treat for my skin and some time to relax this was perfect. The massage and ice globes at the end were really good.

Having a private cold plunge and sauna to yourself is a nice alternative to the community oriented saunas if you just want privacy / time to yourself. I did the red light therapy as well.
