    This class was absolutely amazingggg. I was late to class because of traffic and I couldn’t find parking but Zalie was so kind. Megan who works at the front desk was helping me set up and do the warm up. She was such a gem in getting me comfortable and helping me out. Zalie emphasized how important it is to warm up, and I love that! At first I was so confused about the routine but once you start doing it, it’s really organized. I loved how she spent time with each student. She corrected my form but at the same time she was relatable and laughed along with us. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The community here is so supportive and everyone was so kind and helpful. Can’t wait to come back even though I live quite far away!

    This was one of my favourite reformer classes on ClassPass! Payge provided clear instructions, was attentive, fixed everyone’s form throughout the class and had a modified version of each exercise which was great. Such a solid ab and lower body workout - would do this class again!!

    Loved the instructors and the vibe. Very attentive to needs and encouraging. I also mentioned to them that I love how they don’t “count down” workout moves (“25 more of these”) and instead just give a time limit (“20 seconds left”) so to make it inclusive.     I was pleasantly surprised that this was a super challenging upper body/core class with pushes of cardio. The instruction was occasionally confusing but the instructor offered lots of helpful feedback/correction. It would have been useful to have all the moves on the screen for reference. Also, love these classes but can be challenging to acquire the weights needed for the class as per the recommendations. Otherwise great class!

    Reformer Flex Fusion-Beginner

    Shima is an amazing instructor! We told her we were beginners and she made an effort to demonstrate the exercises, walked around to ensure form was proper and if not, asked if it was okay to help fix it to guarantee a great workout and no injuries! Will definitely be returning. Reformers always seem intimidating, but Studio Fitology and especially Shima made us feel welcomed and comfortable. Thank you for a great experience!!

    This was my first time trying yoga, and Catherine was such a patient and thoughtful instructor. I told her about my mobility issues, and she made accommodations. I found the session challenging (in the best way) and my body definitely felt less tight when we were done, which was my goal.     Marlene was really engaging and led a fun, high energy class. It was a good full body workout, with the right balance of burn and rest.     The HIIT class was very adjustable based on your strength level. As a beginner who is very out of shape I felt so comfortable and supported. Joanne, the instructor, really helped me with my posture. This is also the friendliest class that I have attended so far on ClassPass. All the classmates made me feel welcome.
