    Amazing!!! My first time doing this class and I really enjoyed it. Jonathan was great at guiding us through the class, while also providing modifications and tips for focus. Felt very beginner friendly as well. Would definitely take this class again! The immersive aspect was very cool and nice. I liked that it was more spacious that the Yonge studio.

    PILATES BURN

    Best Pilates class and instructor in the city. This is a great workout, whether you do it alone or as a compliment to strength training. The instructor does a great job of providing a challenging workout that still pulls from the basic principles of Pilates. The class is accessible, powerful and fun. I find most of the Pilates classes in Toronto to be either too dull or too trendy. This is neither of those. I hope to see her teach more often at PF.

    Mahsa’s Reformer Sculpt and Tone class is amazing! She’s super friendly, knows her stuff, and makes the workout fun while really pushing you. My hips and abs were burning (in the best way), and I left feeling stronger and totally energized. If you’re looking for a class that’s challenging but also enjoyable, this is the one.     This was an EXTREMELY hot and sweaty class with great instruction. Felt like I worked and stretched hard! Lovely studio too. The heat maintained me in my walk home in -16 degree weather ha ha. Recommend electrolytes and hydration +++ if you do this class.

    The Stride - Reformer

    My mind felt so refreshed after class and ready to start the day. Workout was the perfect amount of challenge btwn strength and control. Kay even gave some new tips I’ve never heard on how to feel the exercise in the right muscle. My only comment is how classes have become so expensive recently and I likely won’t be able to come back as often :(

    The class size was quite small, only 5 people when I went which meant a lot of guidance from our instructor Sydney. She was great about giving form corrections for anyone that needed it.     Great challenge! We went through a ton of exercises and the cardio was a nice push. The format is pretty fast paced, which I like. As someone fairly new to the studio it will naturally take awhile to learn all the equipment and smoothly transition btwn exercises but Kay was great at repeating instructions.     I was pleasantly surprised that this was a super challenging upper body/core class with pushes of cardio. The instruction was occasionally confusing but the instructor offered lots of helpful feedback/correction. It would have been useful to have all the moves on the screen for reference. Also, love these classes but can be challenging to acquire the weights needed for the class as per the recommendations. Otherwise great class!

    This was my first time trying yoga, and Catherine was such a patient and thoughtful instructor. I told her about my mobility issues, and she made accommodations. I found the session challenging (in the best way) and my body definitely felt less tight when we were done, which was my goal. The studio is beautiful and clean, and I'm hoping I can attend another class suitable for beginners soon!

    I honestly REALLY enjoyed the class:) I loved how it was continuous and intense just the way I like it. Had a great workout! It was totally worth it. Great instructor too! I’ve done some really boring and not so great reformer classes in the past due to taking classes with instructors that didn’t resonate with my fitness level, this instructor 10/10.     Emily is a great instructor! I have been attending these classes over the last few weeks and I find them to be really enjoyable overall. The employees are all so nice and so are the people who attend the classes. It’s a friendly and welcoming space. They also sometimes make you a drink in the morning which is so sweet - I have never seen that before and I’ve been using Classpass for over a year/have been to most studios around the city!

    The HIIT class was very adjustable based on your strength level. As a beginner who is very out of shape I felt so comfortable and supported. Joanne, the instructor, really helped me with my posture. This is also the friendliest class that I have attended so far on ClassPass. All the classmates made me feel welcome. I can't recommend this class enough and am definitely coming back!
