After the facial, she showed me around the clinic. She also gave me recommendations on my skincare and tips to streamline the routine since I’ve been slacking quite a bit on that. Overall, it was a great experience and I am motivated to get on top of my skincare routine again. I’ll definitely be returning!

すべてのレビューを表示I walked into Hair Tyes in a complete panic after another salon left my hair a total disaster with orange tones, harsh demarcation lines, chunky highlights, bad roots, you name it. I’d already spent way too much and was desperately trying to use ClassPass credits. Ashley was an absolute angel from the first phone call. She listened to every concern, got me in the very next day, and even stayed late to make it work! She also went above and beyond to honor my ClassPass booking when it wasn’t straightforward. The consultation was thorough and so reassuring. She truly understood my frustration and sympathized with the previously poor colour job, but was confident we’d fix it. And fix it she did! After hours of meticulous colour correction, highlights, lowlights, root tap, toning, and the most perfect blowout, my hair was transformed into something gorgeous and completely natural-looking. No more orange. No more lines. Just beautiful, healthy hair. It was exactly how I had envisioned and how the inspo photo looked. Ashley’s skill is unmatched, her prices are surprisingly reasonable, and she’s genuinely lovely company. I left feeling like a new person, and honestly near tears with gratitude. She’s earned a client for life. Cannot thank you enough, Ashley!!!
