すべてのレビューを表示I had an amazing class today! It ended up being a private class and I was so honored, as I have told Giovanna as well. I used the new 2kg ankle weights and we did some new, challenging exercises on the Reformer. And boy did I sweat.. which I don’t do easily. Also needed some breaks. So happy with today’s class and proud of myself. Thank you Giovanna!💜

すべてのレビューを表示Het was dit keer wat minder fris in de studio , dat is bijna nooit . De reformer shoulder rests rook naar zware parfum en zweet en de straps ook. Er lag tissue onder de reformer en in het toilet op de grond. De extender en box waren ook stoffig / vies . Maar de les was echt super , weer heel anders , de variatie is zo goed bij bondi.

すべてのレビューを表示Dilem is so nice and her voice is super calming but the class personally for me was not dynamic enough and too little repetitions actually was more beginner level friendly if you like this kind of class I totally recommend! If you like more of a challenge, shakes and dynamic I recommend other instructors or Power class.

すべてのレビューを表示I already loved Iina’s Elevate classes, but today I tried her Power class and it was even better! It was challenging in the best way — I left feeling like I’d had a proper full-body workout. Iina’s energy is just amazing. She’s so patient, explains every movement clearly, and really makes sure your form is right. I’ll definitely be back!
