Only drawback is parking. If you don’t live in the area, the parking situation is a bit of a hassle, so be ready to walk a little or pay for parking.

すべてのレビューを表示I enjoyed this class so much. I have not worked out or stretched in years and had a bit of anxiety going into this class. Lara was so welcoming. I immediately could feel the peaceful positive energy she was exuding. She was gentle and patient and helped us with every pose and form. She went above and beyond to help me learn how to relax and also loosen my jaw to relieve tension. Not only was she knowledgeable in what was going on with my body, she added stories and humor during the class. It was wonderful. I will definitely continue to go to her classes. Thank you to Lara!

すべてのレビューを表示Instructor/owner is very personable, very attentive and knowledgable. it is clear the clients are a community and all very friendly with one another. the clients are happy to demonstrate exercises and offer encouraging commentary to one another. Although the instructor and clients spent some time reviwiewing what looked to be their workouts on a whiteboard, there was a lot of shouting (playfully) across the gym and instruction to perform exercises different from the plan. personally, I found the environment chaotic. I like my workouts to be more predictable and less creative on the fly.

すべてのレビューを表示10/10 recommend Juliette. Best massage I’ve had in a long time. If you have chronic tension, this is the place for you. Two things to note: this is a home based business and there are also cats on the premises incase you’re highly allergic (they obviously aren’t out while you’re there). Honestly better than any other massage places I’ve tried on ClassPass or in general, and I’ve tried a lot in my area. The only place I’ll go to now.
