You can tell she genuinely enjoys what she does and values her students' input. The workout itself was challenging, and the sequences were effective. I did have a difficult time understanding the sequence of the workout and since I’m just a visitor it wasn’t explained clearly but the instructor does go around eventually and pays attention to each persons movement to help direct. I will be back ☺️ very fun!
