Both Steve & Val (only two coaches I’ve taken class with so far) are exceptionally amazing coaches! Amazing workout, amazing music, everthing is just amazing! Can’t wait to get better at boxing and to keep coming back here 12/10 recommend

Mark was a great guide through the Nidra and orchestrator of the sound healing portion. If you’re looking for deep relaxation and zen, this is it.

すべてのレビューを表示Dalton was so sweet and accommodating! Truly such a challenging first experience with Anarchy in the best way. If you’re brand new to this type of exercising, I wouldn’t be intimidated at all; it truly is go at your own pace and the coach is great about monitoring form and letting you take your time but still pushes you as needed. I don’t have endurance to save my life, if you also don’t, this WILL take you outside of that comfort zone. Props to everyone who frequents this place, you’re badass. Will be back for sure!

すべてのレビューを表示Instructor/owner is very personable, very attentive and knowledgable. it is clear the clients are a community and all very friendly with one another. the clients are happy to demonstrate exercises and offer encouraging commentary to one another. Although the instructor and clients spent some time reviwiewing what looked to be their workouts on a whiteboard, there was a lot of shouting (playfully) across the gym and instruction to perform exercises different from the plan. personally, I found the environment chaotic. I like my workouts to be more predictable and less creative on the fly.
