Fatima at the front desk was so kind and showed me around, and the class itself was a burner! It was challenging, but still modifiable, for someone who has regularly practiced yoga there were similar foundational moves, but it was definitely more on the sculpt side. I’ve tried a lot of sculpt/pilates-esqu classes in this immediate area and I must say this was by far my favorite! It was very clear that Tammie the instructor knew what she was doing and as a student that’s what we come for! Will definitely be back!

I’m a Pilates girl trying to lift heavier and my form is definitely lacking but the instructor was super helpful and supportive in getting me to get the most out of the workout. We did a quick warmup, then two different 10 min sets, then a 5 min finisher of all booty-focused work. It was HARD in the best way. Can already tell I’ll be sore tomorrow. 🍑

However, it ended up being exactly the change I needed in my workout routine. The table was soft and comfortable. It was quiet despite being in salon lofts which was surprising. The music she played was better than the basic spa music. I really enjoyed the experience. The massage was fantastic. Her technique was different from anyone I’ve had before. She balanced deep tissue pressure with soft gentle strokes and fascia release techniques. I would gladly book again. I was surprised what a deal I got on ClassPass she was way worth it!
