From the kindness of the staff, to the intentionality behind it (down to the clean restrooms & lockers w phone chargers - like 11/10) you can tell so much care is put into the space. Loved this sculpt class too, it was short(er) but I got a hell of a workout in that period of time. Definitely looking forward to coming back again! 💪❤️

すべてのレビューを表示Autumn’s classes are always great. She varies the flow so it’s never the same yoga class twice. It’s challenging but every yogi can modify and do what is in their own practice. I like having the structure of the flow but also having the modifications if I need or want them. Highly recommend.

すべてのレビューを表示I really love this studio but I think they really need to put marks down for how spaced out the mats need to be. Even if you get to the studio 5 minutes early you’re going to be forced to ask people to move to make room for your mat which is just not a great experience and is something that could be avoided.

I look forward to the weekends specifically when I get to vibe out with Liseli, get my sweat on, and do something for myself. Also a huge thank you to Jess, Lee, and Connie for your guidance through class. Every instructor, staff, and student I have met here have been nothing short of kind and welcoming. When you start going to y6 for hot yoga, sculpt and flow, slow flow etc. you will begin to crave it, you’ve been warned.

The heated atmosphere is a little extra for your organs great for inflammation and I love the cold lavender towels at the end of these classes because it’s therapeutic. I’ve been to a Y6 in Dallas they’re in San Diego, it is a franchise but that’s nice if you’re a traveler.

すべてのレビューを表示The instructor and front desk person were really friendly and helpful. The lighting took me a minute to get used to but I enjoyed the class a lot. I would definitely go again next time I’m in town or if a YogaSix opens in Savannah :)

すべてのレビューを表示Loved Viktoryia! She was an amazing instructor and helped correct my form which I love. She had such a kind , welcoming vibe. The studio is clean and well kept. The heat was a perfect warmth and was hot, but not stuffy if that makes sense.

Kim is a retired nurse and gives amazing insight on how the different stretches are impacting and aiding the body. Always love her classes and this studio!

すべてのレビューを表示This was my second attempt at hot yoga. My first attempt was at another studio and ended with me leaving in a panic due to the heat. After 10 years I decided to give it another chance and I’m glad I did! The class was warm but comfortable , the instructor described all the poses in a way easy for someone new to yoga to understand. The stretches were great and helped me with some muscle soreness. Most importantly I made it through the whole class and enjoyed it ! 10/10 would recommend

I felt so strong when I realized how I was able to lift up my body and move into each position even though I am currently at a heavier weight, and keep up the flow to the beat of the great songs. I could really breathe fresh air into my lungs and I was able to slow down my breathing at the end of the class. Truly wonderful class highly recommend! I also reconnected with this yoga instructor after 4 years when my old studio closed. I was very happy to say the least!
