Her instructions were clear and helpful, and you can tell she is very knowledgeable based on how she put together the sequence/class. Also great to see a mix of males/females in the class. Stretching is for everyone!

すべてのレビューを表示I liked this class — I’ve been to a lot of kundalini classes and this one was a bit different in that we didn’t move from our seated posture and the teacher talked A LOT. I found her talking to be a bit unnecessary but everyone has different preferences

Everyone was able to keep up since the dances each had sections that would repeat which made it so much fun and perfect to work out your muscles and get your heart going! However, upon arriving to what I thought was a group dance/Zumba style class there was only myself and the male instructor and I was told him and I would be dancing together. I felt uncomfortable and left.
