There was no rushing or hurrying, rather time to ensure you’re doing the movements correctly and at the appropriate weight. The warm up actually prepared you for the work ahead. The music was motivating, but not blaring. And the coach took time to get to know you, gave pointers on how to do the movement better, and was full of encouragement and positive energy. I will definitely be coming back the next time I’m in town.
