すべてのレビューを表示I’ve been looking for a sculpt class like this for a while! It was super nice, it was focused on dancing today but you include weights. The music was amazing. Instructor was amazing. She walks around and is very positive.

Even as a certified yoga instructor, I find in the U.S. that so many vinyasa classes can feel disorienting, not this one!!! Tessa emphasized breath connection and gave the perfect amount of challenging, grounding, and rejuvenating. Loved

すべてのレビューを表示The room was 99* when we started it was already a hot day outside and this was a great workout with an amazing instructor and inspiring classmates. The studio was cute and very clean! My favorite part was the cold essential oil towel at the end, it was well earned!
