すべてのレビューを表示I had my brows done by Jennifer, and she did a great job! We chatted a bit, and she asked my preferences and how I like them done, and it turned out perfect! I love the music in the background and the whole relaxing ambiance of the Hive. It was decorated for Christmas time, so it was super cute inside. (Also, parking is in the back of the Hive, then you follow the signs to the entrance on the right side of the building to the front door via a well lit paved walkway).

There were some technical difficulties with phones not working when I called a few times prior to appointment, and the paperwork to be filled out on iPad was cumbersome with the pages not loading properly. The appointment itself was great, it was just really short. It’s listed as being 60 minutes but lasted just 30. So I left feeling as though there was a lot left out. I wouldn’t pay the full 199 for the service or use class pass credits again because of that.
