    Such a good workout that left my muscles burning in such a good way. Different to usual reformer Pilates and the machine was slightly different. When I arrived I said I was new and the instructor was so kind and welcoming, showing me how to use the machine. Loved it!! If it was cheaper I’d 100% be back!

    REFORMER PILATES

    Jane was amazing in instructing the Pilates class at City Gym. She tailored my reformer bed for my height to make it more comfortable for my workout. Her instructions were clear. She explained the muscle groups the exercise targeted and showed us the correct form. The workout was challenging but fun! Great job and please have her as instructor again please🙌🙌

    Michelle is great instructor. It’s a bit chaotic at times as there are 2-3 groups doing specifics sets. However Michelle’s guidance and the note board helps to keep us aligned. I like the collaborative culture. People in the group are supportive and encourage the ones that lack the skills to push through. This is one of my go to studious on Class Pass.

Matt and Amy were both so friendly + welcoming and the community is so open and accepting.     Soultrain classes are second to none. Erin and Billy create a safe, fun environment where exercising is actually enjoyable (something new for me!). . Great energy in the group classes but they also feel like Personal Training sessions as Erin and Billy correct your form, make sure you’re training safely and encourage you to dig deep! 10/10 recommend.

    Full transparency, this class got me sweating like crazy and quite frankly kicked my @$$ a bit but it was such a fun time and I‘ll definitely be back for more. Everyone else seemed to have a grand time too! Highly recommend this place for a good cardio workout. The only thing to watch out for - Google Maps directed me to the wrong studio so make sure to check their bio for the right address.
