She explained every step of the facial clearly, which made me feel very comfortable and relaxed throughout the session. The treatment was thorough and left my skin feeling deeply cleansed and refreshed. The massage during the facial was also incredibly relaxing. The salon environment was clean, tidy, and very comfortable. Highly recommend!

I’m not sure of her name, but I heard one of her coworkers call her “Nana” (sorry if I got that wrong!). My nails are very thin and weak , so I was worried it might hurt, but she was so gentle that I didn’t feel any pain at all. Thank you so much!

The treatment was so relaxing, and the therapist was incredibly gentle, attentive, and made me feel comfortable throughout. I was really happy with how my skin looked and felt after the products they used. I’ll definitely be coming back for my next facial. Highly recommend!

So much care and attention on ensuring I was comfortable (warm blankets, cosy music and lighting) and extremely professional with ensuring my gums, lips and teeth were looked after and well protective during treatment and safeguarding my aftercare.
