すべてのレビューを表示I really enjoyed my first Pilates class! Sarah was friendly, patient and very supportive, especially as it was my first time doing any kind of Pilates. She gave clear instructions and made it easy for me and my two friends to ease into the class as complete beginners. The other participants were all lovely and supportive of one another, including towards us as newbies. The sense of community was really welcoming and made the experience even more enjoyable. The studio itself was clean, comfortable, modern and inviting. I loved the dimmed lighting during the session—it made the space feel very intentional and relaxing. There was also complimentary tea and water, as well as pigeonholes to store your belongings. The class was challenging enough to feel worthwhile but not intimidating. I particularly enjoyed using the reformer to help stretch and work muscles that I don’t normally use or would find difficult to target using just my body weight. Overall, I really enjoyed my first session and would definitely come back!

I booked for a hydrating facial but the therapist recommended something else for my skin concerns and my skin is absolutely glowing afterwards. I’m not sure of her name, but I heard one of her coworkers call her “Nana” (sorry if I got that wrong!).
