すべてのレビューを表示It is the best yoga studio in Sydney. The classes aren’t for the faint hearted though Christian’s warm and welcoming energy even makes the beginners feel like they will handstand in the next month or so. There is no other studio like this!!

すべてのレビューを表示Previously all teachers had a different style and the classes were all either very or slightly different from each other. (One day hip trust other day lunges etc) now I feel that all classes are exactly the same multiple times a week like a cookie cutter, which makes it less enjoyable and also more prone to injury (especially with the odd sideways movements from this and last week) - not to sound like an old lady here but I guess I’m over 30 so officially maybe I am 😂. Not a negative review for the teacher individually but for all classes in general!

She is very technical and so experienced and has that attention to detail through her verbal cues and in the way she describes how to execute certain movements to help people achieve it. She’s full of energy and I love how her classes are always a challenge!!!!

It was very good because she ensured the correct muscles were engaged so we would not strain ourselves. I really enjoyed the good stretch and light intensity on this beginner class. Will definitely come back :)

I also love how they light incense during practice, really relaxing environment. I will be incorporating this class into my weekly fitness/wellness schedule. He’s so clear and thoughtful in his instruction, a good variety of exercises that use the reformer in different ways, and provide a great balance of challenge and achievability. Matt was super friendly and helpful with exercises. Note that you partner up and alternate with them in block A. Would have been better doing alternating in later blocks so when you are waiting you welcome the rest rather than wanting to jump in and pump when you come in full of energy. Also the weights can be heavy for first time females so feel free to do body weight (totally fine) or get some lighter weights to what is there for first rep while you get used to it.

His calming presence and delivery was soothing to follow and made it very easy to tune out from outside noise.
