    Reformer Flow Essentials

    It was a great and challenging class! I appreciate how Sujan would verbally explain how to perform each exercise. Although some of her explanations were quite confusing, she seemed to have done her best. It’s also good how she compensated for this by assisting a student to demonstrate how a movement was done. However, I suggest Sujan to demonstrate the exercise before letting us do it because it’s difficult trying to watch my peers while processing/listening to how an exercise should be done! Still a great class and would definitely come back! :)
