    Jess and the rest of the team are fantastic. They take the time to check in and correct technique even in busy high energy classes. They also always know what to say to get that extra effort out of you when you’re close to your limit. I honestly can’t recommend this gym enough! A great community, a welcoming atmosphere and attentive instructors make it far less daunting than other gyms I’ve been to and keep me and my partner coming back!
