I hadn’t done Ashtanga in a few years — but he made it feel like a puzzle, slowly building the building blocks into a deep and settled stillness I hadn’t felt in a while. It was also important and refreshing he took the class in Swedish. I highly recommend.

I’ve never seen someone use so many different instruments during a sound meditation - but the way she weaved together electronics and synthesisers with bells and singing bowls was skilful and made for completely unique experience.
