すべてのレビューを表示It has been my first class with Xiomara and I liked it very much. She is an experienced trainer, well structured and the class was round. I liked specially the full-body-exercises and the change of springs from heavy to light in the same leg exercise. I will visit her classes again.

すべてのレビューを表示It was my first time trying Lagree, and it’s definitely more challenging than regular reformer Pilates. Max was great! He explained everything clearly and paid attention to everyone’s form to make sure we were doing the exercises correctly. Great class!

すべてのレビューを表示This was one of the best rides I have tried in BEATRIDERS. The whole session was planned to be one remix with no stops between songs which made an amazing flow throughout the ride. Thora always challenges you in such a good way so that you really feel you used everything you got while still having fun. Leaving with the best feeling and the best start to a Sunday 🤩
