Some gyms and trainers feel intimidating at first but Nick was really accommodating and guided me along the workout. As a beginner, I would recommend this class as it have different options per exercise depending on your preferred difficulty.

Everyone else seemed to have a grand time too! Highly recommend this place for a good cardio workout. The only thing to watch out for - Google Maps directed me to the wrong studio so make sure to check their bio for the right address.
