    The staff at this branch are very friendly welcoming. The form and 30 min early arrival for newcomers was a bit excessive imho but they did show you around their facilities and explain how everything worked. It’s very accessible and for people at all levels of training but particularly suitable for beginners or those who find the other gym chains a bit intimidating.

    Really great workout! Amazing team at this studio who truly motivate you to do your best. I felt amazing by the end, I even beat some PRs! I like how this class is a full hour vs most of the classes I’ve taken at other studios being only 45 minutes. Really good value for the credits & is tailored for any fitness level. Highly recommend!

    Finally tried the legendary Barry’s on my visit to London. I didn’t realise it would be so brutal and as someone who works out regularly, I died (in a good way). This location was lovely and spacious. The changing room was big and clean with great amenities. The service was also good from reception to the trainer. As a first timer I also got a complementary protein shake which was a nice touch.

    Louise is great and I love Cycle Rhythm. The new studio was probably a bit too big, hopefully more people will start booking as it didn’t have the same atmosphere as Digme Bank. One small thing also is that the sound coming from the speaker near me had a little lag so it was hard to keep to the rhythm.

    This class is brutal but the instructors were absolutely brilliant. Special shoutout to Andrew who is SO motivating and encouraging, and took time to really help me get some of the more difficult exercises right - I would have totally given up on things like pull ups otherwise! I was feeling quite nervous as someone who is getting back into exercise and hasn't done much strength training, but I felt really supported to give it my all.

    LOVED IT!!!! Best f45 class I’ve done so far. I loved the run outside . And fewer exercises than a normal class, so can make sure you’re doing each exercise correctly. And the coach heather was really great , she made sure i was doing each exercise correctly , and corrected my form. It’s a hard class, not for the faint-hearted. But loved it and felt great and energised afterwards.

    Lauren was sooo sweet & welcoming. Despite the busy/full class, she made sure to give us individual guidance & modifications. The class itself was super hard (in a good way!). I’m a fit&active person, but don’t remember the last time I exercised so hard or sweat that much! I’m lying down now (only 4/5 hours after class) and already sore haha. All the girls in the studio (staff & clients) were exceptionally lovely - warm & non-judgemental. Really felt like a community that genuinely cares about one another & about fitness as a whole. I’ll definitely be back (as soon as I can stand back up)!!! X

    This is a great class if you are after low intensity or if you have never taken a Zumba class before. I would say the class is more suitable for a more mature audience. The instructor Chris is great. You have all the Zumba rhythms (Merengue, Salsa, Cumbia and Reggaeton). Due to the low intensity of the class, the steps are very easy to follow. It was not mentioned in the description that the class would be low intensity, I think ClassPass should renamed this class “Zumba Gold” or “Zumba for Older Adults”. Overall a great class but I would come back when I am 70+ 😅
