I find her very encouraging, really helpful for someone who 1) flits between reformer and other workout forms (which can sometimes be complementary and sometimes mean you have to unlearn certain movements) and 2) is recovering from an earlier shoulder .

I will definitely be back :) Thank you for giving me a new spinning home after Digme closed down! Not to mention that I love the fact that you produce energy for the studio with the bikes!

すべてのレビューを表示Very relaxing felt like a mini spa evening. Infrared sauna for half an hour was just the right amount. Lovely quiet space to have a cup of herbal tea and water afterwards. You’re provided a robe which is cozy and the whole place felt very private. Lady was friendly and helpful too.
