She found every knot I mentioned, plus several I had not even noticed, and worked through all of them thoroughly. I felt significantly better immediately afterwards. They really took the time to assess the condition of my hair, explained that it was quite dry, and recommended treatments that would actually benefit it rather than just rushing through the appointment.
