    Finally tried the legendary Barry’s on my visit to London. I didn’t realise it would be so brutal and as someone who works out regularly, I died (in a good way). This location was lovely and spacious. The changing room was big and clean with great amenities. The service was also good from reception to the trainer. As a first timer I also got a complementary protein shake which was a nice touch.

    I absolutely loved this class. the teacher (Caldi?) was perfect for me. A really lovely voice, calming, direct. Great lighting director too. Very flowy sequence with a nice short holds which I appreciated as this was my first time doing hot yoga and I'm glad I didn't pass out 😆. Such a beautiful zen space with all amenities including showers, lockers, cafe and a relaxation room!
