I always tend to show a picture and have struggled to find a barber who ever listens to what I want (I like a slightly longer haircut/one with a soft mullet but they would always ignore what I want and revert to short back and sides) so thought I’d try somewhere new - and I will definitely be back. She was incredibly gentle and considerate, especially as I’d recently undergone leg surgery, which I really appreciated. I would definitely recommend her. My only suggestion for improvement would be to have a receptionist, as the staff were interrupted quite frequently by walk-in customers, which can be disruptive during treatments.
