I’ve had a lot of massages and therapies in the past, and Ania is definitely up there with the best. She used a mixture of traditional massage and shiatsu which really helped alleviate the pain and stiffness. Completely pain free experience also, which doesn’t always happen when removing tight knots. Would 100% recommend
