    Great yoga flow class to start the week. This class format is what I’d describe as intermediate level yoga - but even as more of a beginner I was able to follow the cues and feel great! I just wish yoga 2.0 would add microphones for the instructors. Will def be back!

    Yoga Flow

    Very nice medium easy/difficulty vinyasa flow. didn't break a sweat but got some good movement and flow in. instructor gave clear instruction, was sure to stay in line of sight to be able to lead by example. great way to start a Sunday. the spa is also very nice to shower and steam room after yoga.

    Fi’s class is amazing, I always come out of it feeling energized. She emphasizes the practice being for YOU, which makes taking modifications and listening to my body’s limits so much more accessible. The class is challenging, she pushes you to find your best in the space and be in the moment. Also her music choice and voice are super soothing. My new favorite!!!

    Intro to Classical Pilates

    I enjoyed this class. it was very easy and perfect for beginners. It’s super small so you get all the help you need. The instructor can be pretty forward and will touch you as needed but it can be pretty jarring if you’re not comfortable with so much touch (on the legs, knees, back).
