すべてのレビューを表示Great instructor with a really kind manner and ability to explain moves clearly and keep everyone motivated. Intensity was exactly as advertised. Beeare steep stairs on the way in. Nice touch: loads of spray bottles at the end of class so no hanging around until others have finished cleaning their station.
