However, it comes down to personal preference—I don’t enjoy doing Pilates with music in the background, though I know some people do, and prefer a more dynamic style of Pilates. If so, you can give it a try hence I’ve rated a five stars. Otherwise, if you prefer on classic side like me, this may no be the one.

すべてのレビューを表示Really enjoyed this class! Julie was very welcoming and gave lots of options to progress/regress each station. The studio is so nice and love how the focus is on getting strong (including blocking the view of the calorie counter on the air bike!)
