すべてのレビューを表示I've always wanted to try F45 after years of CrossFit & coaching because I know many of the movements and workout styles are the same. The facility was clean and the equipment was in great condition. The instructors were friendly and helpful in explaining the type of workout we were doing. Gabby & Mark were very knowledgeable & had great energy. Will definitely be back. Like crossfit, F45 is for everyone at all physical fitness levels and I loved that aspect since I am recently coming back to working out after having twins.
