I hadn’t done Ashtanga in a few years — but he made it feel like a puzzle, slowly building the building blocks into a deep and settled stillness I hadn’t felt in a while. It was also important and refreshing he took the class in Swedish. I highly recommend.

Really meditative vibe, he shared a 2min narrated story that really resonated with me and was very special. We chatted in the and and he recommended to listen to Allan Watts which I never knew about.
