Instead of a flow we mixed it up today and did 1 minute long holds of yoga poses like chair pose and half moon. We had a Pilates section and used our body weight - it was challenging but not TOO challenging. We had a nice long cool down and stretch section too :)

While this is not a “yoga” class, it is very reminiscent of Yin, where you are holding poses between 4-6 minutes. As the saying goes, “ you’re not getting old, you just need to stretch” so come to this class and stay mobile!
