すべてのレビューを表示I liked this class — I’ve been to a lot of kundalini classes and this one was a bit different in that we didn’t move from our seated posture and the teacher talked A LOT. I found her talking to be a bit unnecessary but everyone has different preferences

すべてのレビューを表示This was my first yoga class experience EVER, and it was amazing! I took a Pilates class yesterday, and Rayne’s slow flow guidance really helped me get stretched, centered, and loose. She really made the space feel relaxed and peaceful! The studio was clean and inviting. I will definitely be back!!

She made working out early on a Friday morning actually feel enjoyable, and not like a chore or instant regret lol. She had a super fun playlist too🔥 looking forward to her next class already!

すべてのレビューを表示This is great yoga class! Danielle is wonderful! Tell a short story to make you ponder. It’s a class to relax your tired muscles and pump your lymphatic system, but it’s not at all just doing stretching and breathing. Got out of the class feeling refreshed yet challenged.

She will ease you into your practice, turn up the heat, and then bring you back down into a true rest state.
