すべてのレビューを表示Great instruction from the coach, welcoming atmosphere, they paired me with a long time member for the first class,which was very helpful! Workout was challenging while enjoyable. Everyone was encouraging. (No one seemed cliquey or mean girls club like similar gyms). Instructor came around and offered helpful form critiques, which I really appreciated! Would love to come back as my schedule allows. They even talked about gym social outings with members at the end of class, which I found really unique and appealing. My only complaint was loud speaker system, but I’ll bring my own ear plugs next time!
