すべてのレビューを表示I can’t say enough about Courtney! She brings such a balance strong feminine & strong masculine energy to every class bringing attention to the breath, mind, spirit, and of course body. She has helped ground me and motivate me to push through, but also today really helped me accept where I was and listen to what my body was telling me and it opened up space for the most divine encounter. An encounter that was so powerful with my eyes closed, it’s changing my life when I have my eyes open and out in this crazy, chaotic, beautifully vibrant world we are all experiencing! Much love to the entire My Hot Crew, but an extra special one for my sister Courtney Krueger for bringing the best of her today!
