I appreciated that we spent a longer time in poses to really get the full strength benefit from them. Also a nice touch to get the lavender towels at the end.

Definitely recommend if you're looking for a strength training/cardio class. Best for people who have at least some experience with weights. You'll leave feeling sweaty and accomplished.

I was the only one in the small training group class so it felt like I had a personal trainer which is awesome! he crafted a plan specific to my goals and gave me his undivided attention while I was doing my lift to check/correct my form and to motivate me. his classes do not have a "time limit", rather he wants to make sure his clients get their workout in. expect there to be a possibly the class will be longer than an hour. time flew by for the couple hours I was there. I would recommend this small training group.
