Perfect volume, she gave great instructions, and you can choose your weights so you can go harder or easier if you want . 10/10 recommend this class and instructor😊

すべてのレビューを表示The instructor was fantastic. The heated style of working out especially at that intensity is not for me. I was told they have easier classes though so I may look into those. Overall the facility and instructor are awesome.
