    The instructor was knowledgeable and helped out with positioning to get the best result and I can’t rate her highly enough. I’ve only done about 3-4 classes before but this was SO HARD loved it seriously because it’s 45 mins - put everything you got into it and I will def go back there .

    Drip Drip

    As an S30 newbie I found the Drip Drip session challenging but in a good way! Mel was such a helpful trainer, adjusting my technique and encouraging me to push myself.
