    Warm Yin Yoga

    I love Kylie's classes, especially yin. I don't necessarily like yin yoga but Kylie incorporates somatic exercises into it and I really feel like I've benefited each time I've left a class. She guides you so well through each movement, and the music always complements the experience. Highly recommend if you want gentle stretches with breathwork for a physical/emotional release.
