すべてのレビューを表示Very nice medium easy/difficulty vinyasa flow. didn't break a sweat but got some good movement and flow in. instructor gave clear instruction, was sure to stay in line of sight to be able to lead by example. great way to start a Sunday. the spa is also very nice to shower and steam room after yoga.
